UPSETTING NEWS
I JUST TALKED TO JIMMY, AND HE REALLY UPSET ME...HE WILL NOT HAVE A DAY OFF FROM THE STORE UNTIL 12/10, AND 12/11............THAT IS A VERY LONG TIME FROM NOW, ESPECIALLY DURING A HOLIDAY SEASON..............BUT, I DO KNOW HOW TO GET BACK AT HIM...........I WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.................I WILL NOT TALK TO HIM.......................THAT ALSO MEANS I WILL HAVETO GO SIT IN THE ER BY MYSELF ON MONDAY........THAT ALSO MEANS WE WILL NOT BE GOING TO THE CHURCH DINNER AND DANCE..............WELL, I GUESS I JUST CAN'T WIN IN LIFE, AND THIS PROVES IT..........

Fran, if he has to work, don't take it out on him. I know you are upset and I know you want him there, but if he has to work and has to show everyone that he is capable of pulling a schedule like that and functioning out of prison then you have to let him do that. So answer the phone when he calls. I wish I could be there to sit with you in the ER. Anyone else that can go with you? If you take it out on him and don't answer the phone, then its like letting the devil win and you not being what Jesus would want you to do no matter how painful it is. It hurts and its upsetting, but try to think of all angles with it.

Fran, Look at how far you have come, how much stronger you are now than ever before. I would be so happy if my husband could come home in 10 days. Wow, i've had a baby while he was sitting in a county jail i have raised 3 chidren on my own for the past 15 months and still have no idea how much longer i will have to be on my own. I know it's hard. I know it is. But know, that today, is one more day closer to Jimmy than yesterday. You can do this! You are a very stong woman! Keep your head held high and know that Jimmy will be home soon and very soon. And hold your head up high knowing that you are loved by him and you are such an inspiration to hundreds of women. You can do this!
What will not talking to Jimmy accomplish? He's not able to change his work schedule is he? You'll be punishing him for something he has no control over. Please think about this further before you take action.

Maybe he can change his schedule if he tells his boss how important it is for him to take you to the doctor?
